Support
Questions, bug reports, or feedback — all go to the same place.
Contact
Email drew.spagna@gmail.com and you'll hear back directly from the developer. FlexCue is a small, independently built app — no support ticket system, just a real inbox.
Reporting a bug
To help track it down quickly, include:
- What exercise you were doing and which mode (yoga hold or PT reps)
- What sensors were active (phone camera only, or Watch/AirPods too)
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your iOS version and device model, if known
Common questions
Do I need an Apple Watch or AirPods to use FlexCue?
No — the iPhone camera on its own can track your body and cue corrections. Wearing a Watch and/or AirPods improves tracking when you step out of camera frame or move quickly, but they're optional.
Do I need to watch the screen during a session?
No — that's the point. Prop your phone on a mat or shelf, start a session, and every correction is delivered through vibration: softer and less frequent near tolerance, firmer and more frequent the further off you drift, with a distinct light "in the zone" cue when you're aligned.
Does FlexCue require an account?
No. FlexCue works fully on-device with no sign-in. See Privacy for what data stays local.
Is FlexCue a substitute for physical therapy?
No. FlexCue is a wellness and coaching tool, not a certified medical device. See Terms for the full disclaimer, and talk to a qualified professional about any injury or condition.
Feature requests
Send them to the same address above. FlexCue is under active development, starting with a small exercise library that's growing over time.
