Support
Questions, bug reports, or feedback, all go to the same place.
Contact
Email fixworthy.support@gmail.com and you'll hear back directly from the developer. Fixworthy is a small, independently built app, no support ticket system, just a real inbox.
Reporting a bug
To help track it down quickly, include:
- What you were doing in the app (e.g. entering a repair estimate, moving a slider)
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your iOS version and device model, if known
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual
Common questions
Does Fixworthy require an account?
No. Fixworthy is local-first, you can get a full verdict without signing in. An account is only needed if you choose to save item history across devices.
Where do the estimated numbers come from?
Deterministic math does the cost comparison. Where you don't know a number (typical repair cost, expected lifespan, resale value), the app estimates it and labels it clearly as an estimate, every one of those numbers is visible and yours to edit.
Does Fixworthy sell parts, repairs, or take a cut of a purchase?
No. Fixworthy has no stake in whether you repair, hire, replace, or live with it, that neutrality is the whole point of the app. See Privacy for how your data is handled.
