By downloading or using Grease & Gears (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Grease & Gears is a mobile application designed to help food truck operators track equipment maintenance and receive service reminders. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party provider (Google or Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Grease & Gears offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including equipment records, maintenance logs, and truck information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Maintenance reminders are provided as a convenience only — you are solely responsible for ensuring your equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to equipment failures, lost revenue, or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
