These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SwaptIQ iOS application ("SwaptIQ," "the App," "we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using SwaptIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What SwaptIQ Is

SwaptIQ is a tool for fantasy football managers to connect supported fantasy platforms (currently Sleeper), build proposed trades, and receive an AI-generated analysis of trade value based on third-party dynasty value data. SwaptIQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, FantasyCalc, the NFL, or any fantasy sports platform referenced in the App.

2. Not Financial, Professional, or Guaranteed Advice

SwaptIQ's trade analysis is an analytical opinion generated from third-party data and AI reasoning. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, is not a guarantee of any outcome, and should not be treated as the sole basis for any decision.

Fantasy sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Player values, injuries, and performance can change quickly, and underlying data sources may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for the trades you make and the decisions you take based on information in the App.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of SwaptIQ. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use SwaptIQ.

4. Acceptable Use

When using SwaptIQ, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable platform's (e.g., Sleeper's) terms of service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or the services it connects to.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or league.
Use automated means to access the App outside of its intended interface.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

SwaptIQ displays data from third-party sources, including league/roster data from Sleeper and dynasty trade values from third-party value providers. We don't control these sources and aren't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or continued operation. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, related features in SwaptIQ may be temporarily or permanently affected.

6. Intellectual Property

The SwaptIQ app, its design, branding, and original content are owned by SwaptIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Player names, team names, and league data displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

SwaptIQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trade analyses will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwaptIQ and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including decisions made based on trade analysis shown in the App.

9. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of SwaptIQ at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SwaptIQ if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.
